Community Service Is An Integral Part Of Our Culture.

Giving back isn't just a checkbox. Since committing to Pledge 1% several years ago, community service is ingrained in our company culture.

During our Quarterly Service Days, we step away from our daily work and other commitments to serve nonprofits that make a real difference in people's lives.

Four times a year, we roll up our sleeves and get to work, preparing meals, packing food boxes, mentoring students, and supporting organisations that serve our most vulnerable community members.

We live this value not just by accelerating clinical research, but also by how we show up for the most vulnerable in our community.

We believe that companies in life sciences and healthcare have a unique responsibility and opportunity to give back. We’re in the business of improving lives, and that mission extends beyond our day-to-day work to the communities where we live, operate, and engage.
